Many people ask:
Is Counseling worth the cost?
We believe the answer is YES!
In fact, a study published in the journal of Health Economics, Policy and Law and discussed on Psychology Today says that therapy is 32x’s more effective than money at increasing happiness.
But Do I Really Need Anxiety Counseling or Depression Counseling?
Many people just like you see a therapist for various periods of their lives. It sometimes helps to view therapy as a way to ‘touch up’ your life. Just as you visit your doctor every so often to check in on your physical health, it is helpful to have a therapist as part of your team as well.
During sessions, you will learn invaluable skills. These skills will improve your relationships, communication, career, family, marriage, happiness, self-worth, emotional well-being, physical health, and more.
Depression and sadness can overtake anyone at anytime. Situations happen that are out of our control and it leaves us feeling hopeless and helpless. We will work with you to develop the tools necessary to improve your emotional state and begin to find the true happiness that you deserve.
