Hi, I’m Craig, and I started out in the therapy world in the same way you probably did:
High School – I want to be a therapist so I can have the fancy truck that one Psychologist has in town!
Undergrad – Class is great and all, but you only have fun once!

Starting out In the Community Mental Health Center – I know exactly how to help these people. World, watch out for me!
After Year 1 in Community Mental Health – I can’t do this anymore. I have 95 clients who I am supposed to see 2x’s per month and I can barely remember any of their names, much less help them with their Schizophrenia, Depression, Trauma, Addiction…There MUST be a better way!!!
Taking the Leap into Working for Someone Else’s Private Practice – This is nice. Much smaller caseload. Much less complexity in many of my clients cases. More money, but not much. I wonder if I could do this?
Fast forward 10 years, and I co-own a growing, successful Private Pay Group Practice with 14 Therapists, 2 Admins, 4 Locations, and more on the way!
